Creating a Conscious Parenting Partnership
Divorcing with children asks us to simultaneously end one chapter while starting the next … with the same person.
Redefining the relationship from being partners in marriage to partners in parenting takes time, effort and support.
With so many parts of life in motion, you and your co-parent are naturally overwhelmed, exhausted, and worried about your children and the future. You're making important decisions, adjusting to new routines, and learning how to co-parent across two homes, all while your children need more from you than ever before.
As parents, you know that how you show up for yourselves, your children, and your parenting partnership affects your children's ability to feel safe, secure, and loved.
You know that the choices you make today lay the foundation for your family's future and your children's experience of family for years to come.
What isn't clear, yet, is exactly how to move forward, create the parenting partnership you want for your family, and remain attuned to your children's individual needs and often challenging behaviors as they adjust to life between two homes.
This is where I can help.
Together, we'll address the practical and emotional demands of co-parenting while creating the foundation for your Conscious Parenting Partnership.
Our work is guided by three priorities: the well-being of each child, the well-being of each parent, and the well-being of the family as a whole.
Since every family's circumstances are unique, our work together remains flexible and responsive to your specific goals, challenges, and stage of your parenting journey.
We’ll work together to create:
A shared vision for your parenting partnership
Practical communication systems and organizational tools that work for your family
Strategies for navigating conflict, addressing parenting challenges, and making thoughtful, child-centered decisions together
A deeper understanding of your children's emotional and developmental needs
Practical parenting tools and strategies that help you respond to your children with greater presence and less reactivity
A shared set of commitments to guide you as you begin this next chapter of your personal and parenting journeys
During our final session, we’ll bring together the commitments you’ve developed throughout our work together and create a shared set of Conscious Parenting Partnership Commitments that reflect the foundation you've intentionally created for yourself, your parenting partnership, and your children.
As your children grow and your family evolves, these commitments can be revisited, refined, and expanded to reflect your changing needs and circumstances.
This joint coaching experience is available to parents considering separation or divorce, as well as those seeking support after after their divorce has been finalized. Whether you're preparing for what's ahead or looking to strengthen your parenting partnership years after your divorce, this work is designed to meet you where you are in your journey.
Through my collaboration with Conscious Family Law, I'm able to support co-parents throughout their mediation process as part of an integrated team. Working with a coach alongside mediation helps parents not only reach agreements that support their children's well-being, but also begin building the skills and parenting partnership they'll rely on long after the legal process is complete.
I offer a complimentary 50-minute consultation where we'll discuss your family's unique situation, your goals for co-parent coaching, and whether this process is the right fit for you and your family.
