Welcome.
I'm so grateful our paths have crossed.
As a coach, my mission is to empower women to reclaim creative control of their life experience.
My story
As a woman, a mother, and an entrepreneur navigating modern life, I know how overwhelming the journey can feel at times. I also know how counter-cultural it feels to shift our focus from external demands and messaging toward our own inner knowing and authentic desires.
For years, I found myself caught between two paths: one where culture told me to go and one my heart longed to follow. I did all the "right" things and checked all the "right" boxes. On the outside, I looked successful in many ways, but inside I felt completely stuck and deeply exhausted.
It wasn't until becoming a mother that I fully arrived at the crossroads between following the path paved by culture or stepping onto the path my heart had been calling me to create. In desiring something different for my daughter, I finally gave myself permission to create something different for myself. In desiring something different for all women, I created Envisioned Path.
My Background
Guided by my background in Organizational Communication and Leadership Studies, my career in the corporate world has focused on the human side of business. My experience spans various leadership roles across diverse industries, giving me a comprehensive understanding of corporate cultures and their impact on the human experience—both in the workplace and beyond. This combination of professional experience, paired with my coaching approach, creates a natural bridge between personal journeys and professional growth, allowing me to support meaningful transformations for both private individuals and corporate clients.
My Approach
My coaching style is rooted in the belief that each of us is our own best expert, centering each client as the leader in her own journey. Our work together is focused on cultivating self-trust so that you can access the clarity and confidence that already exist within. This approach fosters deep self-awareness, innate clarity, and lasting personal transformation.
My coaching toolkit integrates both scientific and spiritual approaches including neuroscience, somatic awareness, thought work and mindfulness practices. This holistic perspective allows me to meet you exactly where you are, tailoring our work to help you reconnect with your authentic self—mind, body, and spirit.
My Training
My formal training supports my holistic approach. I am a certified Wayfinder Life Coach through Martha Beck Inc., a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and am actively working toward my ICF PCC credentials. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication with a focus in Leadership Studies. My journey also led me to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification, with specialized training in trauma-informed pre- and postnatal yoga instruction—knowledge that deeply informs my coaching practice.
