Welcome.

While each of our journeys is uniquely our own, we’re not meant to walk them alone.

I've spent my life fascinated by people and the human experience: what helps us grow, what gets in our way, and how we navigate change.

Today, I bring that curiosity, along with years of professional experience and specialized training, to support individuals, families, and leaders as they navigate life's most significant transitions.

My story

I'm a Certified Divorce and Parent Coach and Wayfinder Life Coach who specializes in supporting individuals, families and organizations through significant change.

I understand firsthand the exhaustion and overwhelm that comes from juggling the demands of everyday life while you’re going through a major life event. It can be grueling. It's isolating. And at times, it can feel totally impossible.

As a mother and entrepreneur, I'm no stranger to carrying the mental load of work, family, and the countless responsibilities that come with modern life. I know what it's like to carry that weight while navigating a major transition like a divorce and the challenges of co-parenting … while still showing up for all the people who depend on you.

Although change is difficult, I've also experienced its power to expand our perspective, deepen our resilience, and create opportunities we may never have encountered without it.

And that’s why I became a coach.  I want to help people navigate the complexity of their lives, discover new possibilities, and move forward with greater clarity, intention, and ease.

My Background

I've spent my entire career working with people and organizations navigating growth, expansion, and change.

From leadership and team development to organizational succession planning … from supporting companies through major acquisitions to helping individuals navigate career transitions and life events … my work has always centered on helping people move through change and emerge with greater confidence, capacity and resilience.

I know that having the right support at the right time can make all the difference in how we experience the process, meet the challenges, and create what's next.

My Approach

As a coach, my job is to meet you where you are and provide responsive, flexible support so that together we can address both the logistical challenges and emotional complexities of your particular situation.

Our work together helps you move from reacting to your circumstances to making thoughtful and intentional decisions that you can live with … without regret. I help you make decisions aligned with the future you're creating, not just in response to the challenges you're facing today.

My coaching delivers the practical planning and problem-solving you need, along with neuroscience-based tools and strategies proven to work. My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to provide perspective, support and structure, ensuring that you have everything you need, not to just get through this change, but to grow through it.

You’ll gain trust in yourself and confidence in what you're capable of … not in spite of what you've been through, but because of it.

  • "True healing is only possible for you, by you.

Any so-called healer—whether it be a therapist, a coach, or a medicine worker—should have one job: to work themselves out of a job.

What I love about Rachel's coaching is that she has done her own work to find her way back to herself. She's not afraid to ask the hard questions and sit with your pain and confusion because she's been there personally.

If you’ve been feeling like you have the answers inside you but you’re too bogged down to find them, I’d recommend working with Rachel. She's authentic, honest, and full of integrity. She will work to work herself out of a job as she helps guide you back to your own wisdom."

  • "Coaching has been helping me tap into my 'door-kicking' energy to create a future that aligns with my most authentic self.

I continue to notice the positive impacts our sessions have on a day-to-day basis, and I so appreciate the tools and clarity I've gained working with Rachel!!"

    — MEAGAN M.

  • "I love working with Rachel and leave each session feeling empowered and confident.

She has the ability to help me recognize where I am stuck in self-doubt and guide me back to realizing my true potential. Rachel is genuinely a kind and wonderful person with a remarkable gift for seeing her clients clearly and encouraging them on their chosen path."

    — KATHI T.

  • "Rachel is a highly skilled coach, a partner, who will support you in truly meaningful change with clarity and confidence.

Rachel’s coaching has been instrumental in helping me navigate a major life transition. Her calm, non-judgmental presence creates a space to reflect, process, and move forward without pressure or expectation.

Her genuine curiosity and intuitive listening have helped me to uncover many limiting beliefs which had quietly shadowed my life- keeping me small, stuck, and out of alignment with what I truly wanted. With her support, I was able to tap into my strengths and use the tools I already had to take small action steps leading to significant results.“
